Background: Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP) are a common cause morbidity and mortality. Inflammation is considered as one the etiologic factors along with complex interplay multiple genetic, nutritional other environmental agents. This study was undertaken to find association biochemical markers severity time onset HDP. Methods: Institutional review board ethics committee approval taken prior study. History examination done. Blood pressure recorded at each antenatal visit. samples were for markers-hsCRP interleukin 6 levels. Data analyzed. P value <0.05 significant. Results: Of 80 women, 27.5% had early 72.5% severe Inflammatory indices altered compared range normal pregnant women. Mean IL-6 hsCRP levels found be raised but no statistically significant observed between or hs-CRP HDP (p = 1 0.5859 respectively 0.197 0.453 respectively). Conclusions: Biochemical indices, elevated in women HDP, indicative increased inflammation.
